  1. Thanks for the close ups of this great quilt! Did Nancy do the quilting herself as well? Her design is great and I love the colors she chose! :)

    I also see a bit of whimsy there in one block. It reminds me of another quilt that she helped make. ;)

  4. Thanks for those nice compliments, folks.
    Your compliments have been seen by the maker of the quilt who has confirmed that, yes, she did do the quilting herself.
    She also refers to her very blue cats as “hypoxic” which, in medical circles, means kind of low on oxygen… as in going blue around the gills when, for whatever reason, one doesn’t breathe (not that cats have gills, but I’m sure you know what is meant). :D
