One Antipodean view - some thoughts from Down Under.

The Bible Says...

Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. - 2 Timothy 4:2-4 NIV

Steps to Peace with God

Filed under: Uncategorized — Judah @ 11:44 am

If you have come to this page with the weight of too much on your heart, then know that you are in a friendly caring place where others have been before you. While there is much that is beautiful in this world, there is also much that causes us heartache and grief. There are frustrations and pain, upsets and injustices, bad feelings and tough circumstances. Although becoming hardened to some of this, even the bravest and strongest can feel knobbled by what life throws their way. It is not cowardly or shameful to admit that enough is enough and even too much. We are all flawed individuals living in a world where circumstances are often far from ideal.

The words of Jesus…

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
(Matthew 11:28-30)
